Time is of the essence! The cardholder must call 800-270-7760 to report fraud immediately. Know the access code and DOB responses.
The card will be cancelled, and a new one issued. AP will contact you to pick up new card in 7-10 days. Cardholder must pick up the replacement card at French 220 and present photo ID.
This must be done before 60 days have passed from the time of the transaction posting in PNet4. After 60 days have passed it cannot be reported and the department will have to expense the transaction.
