Missing Receipt

  • If someone who checked out your card did not turn in a receipt, retrain them. There is no tolerance policy for lost receipts.
  • Try to locate an email order confirmation or packing list with prices. Note: the Transaction Detail from PaymentNet is not accepted as a substitute for the receipt. Contact the vendors for a copy of the receipt if necessary.
  • As last resort, prepare Affidavit of Lost Receipt
  • If in PaymentNet the transaction has Transaction Detail, you may print a copy to go with Affidavit of Lost Receipt. Transactions with Detail have a green icon by TransD on the PaymentNet screen.
